Exchange and return of goods

You can exchange or return a product purchased on the AMBITNA website within 14 days of purchase.

The main condition: the product must not be in use, and its original packaging, product appearance and consumer properties (labels, labels containing the characteristics of the product) must remain unchanged. You have 14 days from the date of shipment to return or exchange the product.

Processing of exchange/return:

1. Contact us : Let us know if you want to return an item by calling us or sending us an Instagram message.
2. Fill out the return form : you will find it in the package. It is important to send this form with the product so that your return does not get lost.
3. Pack the product : keep the original packaging and labels. If something gets damaged during the fitting, just let us know and we'll help fix it.
4. Send the product : contact the nearest Nova Poshta branch and send the product.
5. Choose a replacement : order a new item on the site with the comment "Exchange" or contact us to arrange an exchange. We will send a new item as soon as we receive the returned item.

International Returns:

1. The return of the product is carried out by the same company as the shipment.
2. The cost of delivery in both directions is covered by the client.

3. The brand assumes the transport costs only in cases where there was an error on the part of the manager (the wrong product was sent) or a factory defect was detected.

4. Be sure to check the product at the post office and choose the sizes carefully according to the size charts.

Refunds:

After receiving the refund, the funds will be credited to your bank card within 3-7 business days.

Shipment:

The cost of exchanging and returning the product is covered by the customer. Delivery is paid by the company in case of managerial error or manufacturing defect (also in case of exchange).
