At Ambitna Store, we strive to ensure the high quality of every product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and clear return and refund process.

    You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges if more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

  2. Return Conditions
    To return a product:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food products, cosmetics).
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software.
  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return:
  • Contact our support team via email at ambitnaua22@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • You will receive instructions for returning the product.
  • Package the product securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
  1. Refunds
    After receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will begin the refund process. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a notification via email once the refund is complete. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  2. Return Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the return and a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  4. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
